Killing lowbies nets you murder points. Eventually with enough murder points, you become KoS to the guards until you redeem. There are lots of gankers in every level bracket thou. Also, there is massive white sands pvp farming done by level 20 - 25 toons on pvp servers. This is one of the most brutual areas in any game any where. You do not need to do these quests to leave Tortage.

No consequences for death in the Border Kingdoms on servers (as in no murder system). Out of the 3 different zones here, PvP resources can be fought over in the one. The other two have plans for PvP progression amongst other things which they are keeping tight lipped about, just that it is planned after 1.05 and further re-balance patches iterations are done. Didek a dev in this area did say today: "When we came up with the concept of PvP resources the initial idea was to put them in all of the border kingdoms. We quickly abandoned this idea because it would actually decrease the chance of running into someone that was gathering resources if they could do it in three different playfields. Instead there is a single one that has them to increase the chance of running into someone. This also allows us to do something else for the other two playfields. We are looking into expanding the gameplay in these playfields in the near future, in the hope to get some meaningful PvP out there As for outdoor bosses in these playfields? I'm still trying to convince some people that this is a good thing :P" As for any actual drops of gear, that is something still on the table and has a good amount of players pressing feedback in that area. I know that there is plenty of talk at the high end as these are level 80 area's. Focus to spread out the open world PvP more to these area's. World Bosses with PvP drops would be just as welcomed as Player PvP drops in my opinion and definately go down a treat. I have a feeling that Aquilonian End will see an update with regards to PvP over the next few months.
