I always laugh when someone posts how using gold sellers helps support the Chinese poor. If anyone saw “Another Perfect World”, with the goldseller boss going to have his feet massaged you would know what I mean. :)

They are trying to show there is nothing wrong with playing in your undies. Players who buy gold often have to sell the shirt of their back, their jeans, eventually everything bar their undies to keep on levelling in the best gear. Nice bit of PR to make that seem perfectly normal.

My boss lives in a middle class home and drives a Chevy Malibu. I also live in a middle class home. She has never asked me to massage her feet, but I probably would. Stereotype much?
