MMORPG.com WooW Correspondent Angels Lindsey writes this guide to food buffs at levels 70-80 in Blizzard's World of Warcraft

Have you ever been up against a boss, only to discover that your group needed just a tiny little push to finish the fight? The answer is simple: food buffs. Cooked food is the easiest and most inexpensive way to improve your character and gain the extra edge you desire. Not a cook? Find yourself a friend who's trained up cooking, or train it up yourself! At max level, it's fairly easy to level cooking from start to finish. While you're doing that, let's look at the different types of food buffs available and which foods give you an increase to which stats.

Read 70-80 Food Buffs

There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Good guide. I usually just eat whatever I have in my bags at the time! But make sure you level Cooking from the start. I'm trying to catch up now, and it's hard finding Skill 150 ingredients in the AH. Oh well, back to low level zones for me...

I didn't see the transfomation food Savory Deviate Delight which transforms you into a ninja or pirate, also a fun food buff.

Very nice change from the recent guides that were not very accurate at all.

It actually isn't a buff...so, how can it help you in a boss fight?

Food buff isn't something new, but I'm glad WoW spiced up their cooking skill. *yummy*

The circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant. It's what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.

How long do the 'small' and 'big' food buffs last?

Yeah, the emotional foods aren't stat buffs either, they were included...

Also, regarding the overall article:  you didn't include the put buff treats, why is that?
