There main idea of a dynamic game is interesting but well what game isnt interesting when in development?i would have to see a good 5min+ gameplay video before i think about it

I did not say that this game was good. I believe that the game is worth watching the trailer to. After that, if you're still interested, check out the YouTube video I linked for more information. That's only if you want more information. 

If you are not saying that this game is any good then why post a trailer about it in the first place?

It looks nice but I don't think that I want that other players should be able to burn down every city in the game world.

That just spells disaster to me because I want cities in my fantasy MMO.

I can't say the game is good because the game isn't even close to a beta yet. I posted the video, which is NOT a trailer, to inform people about the game.

From what I know other plays don't burn down other cities, when dynamic events occur, such as a dragon attacking a city, players might choose to fail to protect their city and be unheroic.

Just looked at the OP again and it definetly looks like an advert.  The different size and color fonts are one giveaway as is the highlighting of 'hype' terms like "innovative" or "dynamic".

If this was about a new movie I would have expected phrases like 'action-packed' and 'rollercoaster thrill ride' in big flashy lettering.

IF you just want to inform people about stuff then inform them.  Don't try to sell to them.  People on these forums are jaded and cynical and if you present yourself as a salesman they will treat you as they would a salesman.

The game sounds good in theory, lets hope they can deliver these features.

Well, most forums seem full of asshats, in all honesty. :)  Although my experience leads me to believe this one has a very high number of jaded MMO players and ones that are very protective of their preferred MMO.  But, he sure got a great first impression. ;)

Thanks for speaking the truth Locklain. Truth be told, despite it's obviousness that some trolls still find necessary to point out, I am new to these forums. It's nice to see that not everyone is an elitist here.

This thread is like the epitome of everything that's wrong with this site. It's a a site for MMORPG games, hence the name, and a guy makes a post about an MMO he's excited about and a nice looking fan site, and people attack him over it?

It reminds me of an article I read, Unskilled and Unaware. Long story short, it's about how people these days fancy themselves intelligent, capable, compitent, or whatever, and really don't have a clue what they're doing and make idiotic decisions. A lot like bashing a guy for talking about MMOs on an MMO forum.

I think it's safe to say the trolls lose in this thread.

What's killing my interest in this game is no need for alts. I like having alts. Why should 1 toon be a warrior AND a cleric AND a mage? RPing goes right out the window. Even if I don't actively RP, I have a feel for my character that doesn't include a split personality. Sorry, sounds nitpicky, because the dynamic world sounds great if they can pull it off. But 1 toon playing all classes is a game killer for me.

I really didn't like it either , it sounds to me like they're to make it as a "cool feature" but to be honest it doesn't solve any problems at all, most people I know like having alts to play when they're sick of their main and it's not that big of an issue to logout and login again as another character.. like .. ye that's the big problem I have with mmos right now.

I have to agree that I like alts as well. :)  However, they've not come out and said how many character slots you can have, so I'm sure you can just have an alt and level classes on it as opposed to multi-classing one character.  You probably want to do that to play with different factions (from different angles), anyway.  I like to RP as well so I can see where Senadina is coming from...however, we are just 'heroes' and supposed to be powerful, so I can RP the multi-class thing to some degree.  But, personally I'll probably have alts to do multiple classes.

Nice video and commentary.  I look forward to following it, but many, as we can tell, are soured by the static linear restricitve content and rudamentary game-play of titles such as WoW, LotRO, WAR, and burnt by the minimialist, restrictive and vastly incomplete/misleading content and false game-play hype of titles such as PotBS, AoC and Darkfall.

This is your dynamic content? Asset swapping? And you speak of it as though it were the holy grail. Sheesh guys even WoW has asset swapping for events. I don't think you understand what the word dynamic means in relation to a world such as an MMORPG. Hope your seed funding lasts a while.
