If Darkfall does not close down before the release of APB, then you might not have to worry. The worst community is already at Darkfall. When Darkfall gets shut down, then maybe the OP and I can craft and sell belts in game and become rich!

Nice point. But atleast DF community had UO, Everquest, AC, and DAOC backgrounds.

APB will be alot of pure console gamers who cut their teeth on Madden, GTA, and HALO.

Actually thats bound to NOT happen. Most gangster wanna-be's can't afford a computer or a decent one to run a game with high graphics. Unless this game is released for something like Xbox or PS3 (Which I'm sure it would), then I really see no point in complaining about the PC community since it PROBABLY wouldn't be as bad.

And this is why I prefer pc gaming.

Most of the biggest jerkoffs can't afford upper end systems, so when a new game comes out with graphics their setup can't run I can usually avoid them for a month or two.

This isn't a universal fact, but more of a good rule of thumb; console gamers are usually far more annoying, immature wank jobs.

First of all the title is hilarious...

Second I would say that this game is crossing gta and nfs in a mmo, which should appeal to a large number of people not just "wanna-be gangster wearing oversized sports jerseys". I would rather hang out with people that are interested in apb than the people that play uo, swg, and eq........

Topic creator is just stereo-typing this game around the simple fact that it will be full of gangsters, but fails to realize its an mmo and its on PC for the moment. Remember there are also wannabe cops!

Newsflash: computer nerds with big XXXtreme rigs and budgets ("mom? I want a new video card for my birthday!") can be as fucking annoying as (any) kids, teens, young adults, adults, and senior citizens using their Wiis and Xboxes and Ataris and whatever.

Check out http://apb.nevolved.com/forums. This is APB' s largest fansite. I think you will find the community to very mature and focused on discussion of the game.

If you think that in APB there would be more wannabe's than in any other MMO's,you guy's seriously Fail. 

I'm more looking forward to the wannabe ganztacoppers.
