actually... what we, darkfall players, would like to see... is one consolidated thread, where lying, unrealistic fanbois post, and they are not allowed to post anywhere else.

the LIES about the game and everything surrounding it, spouted constantly by fanbois (and/or tasos and friends) is mind-numblingly assanine.

oh, you can do this and that in darkfall.  oh darkfall was released feature complete.  oh you're stupid, of course you can't get a link on darkfall's HOMEPAGE to purchase the game, you have to search in the forums TO BUY THE GAME.  oh, it's only a thousand or two people that are having billing issues; that's a very small percentage of the people who have purchased darkfall.

the idiocies that these fanbois take as items a REASONABLE person should endure -- is, quite insane.  seriously, we need a fanboi sticky.

Yes, Nazi Germany and the old USSR had censorship too. It's always nice when you can tell people to stfu if you don't like what they are saying.

"accaully" is that supposed to say actually?  It doesn't help your case about people enjoying darkfall, if by representing them you don't spell correctly. At least you didn't say all the people who post negative threads are rediculous, that would of been sweet though.

People are allowed to post and say they do not like Darkfall if they in fact do not like Darkfall. It has a lower rating then an MMO has gotten on this site in a long time, clearly a lot of people dislike it. Why should everyone who hates the game not be allowed to express their opinions to others who are looking for opinions on the game? Does this mean you also realize Darkfall is a disaster, and the only way to get new players into the game is to hide all the truthfully negative comments about the game?

fanboi is NOT the same as fan, or player.

THIS is the section for fans and players.

fanbois are the ones that cannot refute factual information without either lying, or resorting to a smear campaign.

there is a WORLD of difference, and i take an extreme amount of offense at anyone that either says i'm not a fan/player, or that groups me in with fanbois.

the fanboi liars need to stick to the official darkfall forums, where tasos leads the choir in lying about, well, everything.

i have yet to see one fanboi provide anything factual, which refutes the awfullness that surrounds everything associated with darkfall.   the closest i've seen, is they claim something is their opinion and hide behind that.  BUT, if an opinions is in opposition to factual information; then, that is no longer an opinion and it is simply a lie.

so to reiterate.... without fanboi lies, there would be no "haters" and normal discussion about darkfall could happen.

Just as informative posts are usefull, the number of hate posts/fan posts are a good indication of the quality of the game as well. Since you are obviously a fan, maybe you should learn to accept that Darkfall is a game that is viewed by more people as inferior in the MMO market and not try to censor people.

Hate to burst your bubble there bud, but fans aint exactly blowing up the forum here with deep, intellecual threads on the game.
Not sure if you've noticed, but the number of peope that post here that actually like, or are willing to try the game is an extremely small minority.  Maybe you haven't noticed, but most people that try the game end up coming away disliking it.

You've been playing three weeks.  You should probably hold off on demanding forum segregation until you've played a bit longer and decided if you're really going to stick around.  Most people seem to go about a month or two and then the game turns sour on them.  Most of the people that come away disliking it never say that they didn't have fun.  Fun isn't the problem, it's the lack of anything to keep magority of people playing for an extended period of time.  It's incredibly shallow nature of the game, hacks, and exploits that's been turning a lot of people off.  Not a complete lack of fun.  I've said it several times, the game can provide a great fist impression, it's the later impression that isn't so good.  When you realise that you've been killing the same mobs for two or three months or doing the same meaningless pvp.

Basically.
Three weeks down the road you could be in a possition were you've put your foot in your mouth by making this thread.

Not sure if you've noticed, but the number of peope that post here that actually like, or are willing to try the game is an extremely small minority.  Maybe you haven't noticed, but most people that try the game end up coming away disliking it.

You've been playing three weeks.  You should probably hold off on demanding forum segregation until you've played a bit longer and decided if you're really going to stick around.  Most people seem to go about a month or two and then the game turns sour on them.  Most of the people that come away disliking it never say that they didn't have fun.  Fun isn't the problem, it's the lack of anything to keep magority of people playing for an extended period of time.  It's incredibly shallow nature of the game, hacks, and exploits that's been turning a lot of people off.  Not a complete lack of fun.  I've said it several times, the game can provide a great fist impression, it's the later impression that isn't so good.  When you realise that you've been killing the same mobs for two or three months or doing the same meaningless pvp.

Three weeks down the road you could be in a possition were you've put your foot in your mouth by making this thread.

 

If you read the threads you have linked, most ended up in a flame war. I doubt it's because there is only a small community that like DarkFall that you see very few posts, it's most likely because most fans don't wish to be attacked by all those "I bet you haven't played the game yet", "WTF are you talking about DF sucks" and many more. Maybe the idea to relocate all the rage into 1 single sticky topic would be a good idea.
