Okay, I am currently playing EvE and having a lot of fun with it, but I am the kind of person who likes to play 2 MMO's.

So with that said I am looking for:

PvP- I am looking for a game with a pretty good PvP aspect to it. It doesn't have to be World PvP or be able to loot everything when someone gets killed, but I wouldn't mind.

PvE- The game has to have a good PvE aspect to it endgame raiding, instances to do while progressing.

Community- I would like the game to have a good community and population. I want a game with a healthy population. I would also like this game to be P2P

Difficulty- I want it so the casual player can play it and not have to waste your life to be able to accomplish anything in game. But, I don't want it uber easy either.

 I hate to say this but I think you hit on most of the major ones. the only other I can think of is a pvp server for EQ 2 though I can't say whether the pvp is considered good or not.

Though I would highly recommend Lineage 2, given his criteria I wouldn't.

At lower to mid levels it's much easier than at start but there is still a money grind and at higher levels where all the action happens it's going to take more effort. Also, though it does have a heavy pve component (mob grinding) I'm not really sure it would be considered "good" by many.

Other than that it is an amazing game in many ways (it has its issues) but it won't hold your hand.

I wouldn't mind revisting AoC i was thinking about it but idk. Also I was thinking of Vanguard Is it any good?

I'd say playing MMO games is about wasting a bit of your life to accomplish something in a game. (But then, what's wasting time is argueable.)

You seem to have been playing some of the best or popular ones around so I don't know if you're really looking to take another random opinion.

Anyways I suggest you to try some browser games instead.

You could try The chronicles of spellborn.  There's a free trial. I'm on it right now and it's fun. You don't even need to select a target to attack it, you get close and start hitting ( or shoot with your bow).

PVP : haven't tried it but I saw a place where you can get in arenas near the first town.

PVE : I'm only level 7 so I don't know about endgame.

COMMUNITY : I saw a couple of people speak on zone chat looking for groups hehe (I don't look at it often)

DIfficulty : I've been soloing all my levels yet, not too hard, but I got killed a few times when I had 3 on me.

Ever try Anarchy Online? Many people that play Eve also play AO.

Its a Sci-fi game, good graphics (its about to get a face lift soon), great pve and pvp. You do need to group  at middle to higher levels but you can typically get one easy if you have expansions (its only 20$ plus you get a free month, basically 5$) Hitting max level takes a decent amount of time, few months if you hit it hard or years if you don't.

The only annoying thing are steep learning curve, bad graphics on noob island, confusing starting zone, bad default interface (its totally custom, so you can change or move anything you want, but starting when you know nothing it seems confusing and ugly).

The game is currently dx7 and its going to dx9 in a few months. It just had a new expansion a couple months ago.
