maybe open up a cash shop and charge by expansions like guild wars. This is what this game feels like any way, a more opened but not by much guild wars.

they one make aoc f2p and also it wont shutdown anytime soon. for u idot haters u just never bother to read patch notes or anything do u.   just cause  game is terrible at launch doesnt mean it wont get better.

only retarded monkey cant see that aoc is long term game.. they didnt invest into all that graphic, just cuz they thought it gona help the game.. ofcs it will, they did, cuz game gona be top of the line in 3 years still, its gona be good looking in 5 years still, probably same in 8 years.. , theirs engine doesnt look that hard to upgrade either.. who says they wont go to dx11 after.. even if they have 100-150k subs, who says they wont have 500k next year..

there was still no winback campaing.. nor real trials.. only trials was on this page, and some others, hey im not playing aoc atm, i know i will come back at some point.. probably after 1.5 when they offer comeback for old subs..

Would it be possible to elaborate a little as to why you feel this way ?

I have just recieived a 60 Day Time Card for this and tbh its way way better thant it was at release .. and that means everything, I had huge problems throughout beta and at launch with AOc but now there seems to be next to no problems , for me anyway.

I doubt many quit because it costs 50 cents a day to play. What they need to do is crank up the fun factor.

In all honesty though the game is a big mess, I have played the game, and it does nothing differently besides combat, it still feels like a more linear WoW clone. And the tons of instancing makes it feel like guild wars.

Look I like Age of Conan, I really wanted it to succeed and not fail, I dont want any mmorpg to fail. But when you have very few players and not getting better in the near future I think a game could make more cash by making a cash shop and selling expansions, i bet guild wars brings in more cash than this game does by a lot.

What do think of the way people pay to play Aion ? you buy game hours for that game and it works really wel because it means that you never waste money ! I bought 40 hours of gametime for only 3 UK pounds ! .. So do you think that would be a good payment model ? .

3.00 British pounds sterling = 4.56 US dollars 

4 dollars for 40 hrs really isnt worth it. 15$ the ususal mmo cost gives you a month of play which is basically 31 days. for 15$ in Aion your only getting about 4 days play time
