Imagine, if those guilds averaged just 20 players each, how many players they represent in total. Judging by that list, I think teh game might be more active than what alot of people here would be willing to admit. I mean, look at that list. The game gets reviews like 2/10 by supposedly respected reviewers/game sites and yet.... screenshots like these are being produced.... It really does speak volumns. splat

I'm not sure where your getting the information on the game being dead. Yeah it has one server, but a very active thriving server.

I don't play this game (though I might) and I don't consider myself a fanboy either but I sure feel sorry for you and your inability to appreciate this mass uproar about that weak excuse for a 'review' on Eurogamer. Sure, to some folks DF might be a 2/10. But for anyone with a remote idea of how proper journalism is done that reviewer should get a 2/10 as well. My brand new bloggity blog.

It really does speak volumns. 751 Guilds ingame, average member count i dont know. Most guilds are from 30-150 tho.

You do realise that most of the people on these forums put a fair estimate at around 13-16k? So, yeah, just no.

Tascos didn't own anyone and the server wont own anyone either. Can someone not base an opinion on 2 hours of gameplay? Maybe they felt the game was so bad 2 hours was all they could stand to play. He released a statement crying about a review on his game and tried to discredit it. Sounds more like childish behavior than a lead dev. I guess he takes after the people on his forums?
