When I came back to war to try it out again. , there was a Live event which involved the ORvR areas. This was great I thought. Then the next Live event involved a Scenario only. If War wants to build on Open RVR they need to stop doing events which involve Scenarios only. If they stay on this trend they will end up like DAOC which I really liked where people will /noxp /norp to stay level 24 and fight in Thid or another battle group. In addtion, I am getting constant disconnects and major lag during Battles. The lag in battles from Scenario to ORVR is worse then High Quality on AOC. You would think the lag would not be bad in War since the characters look like they came out of the original Everquest! The Scenario have a major issue with balance. You would think by now Ea/Mythic would have a program which would only allow 1 player at a time when another from the opposing realm enters the Scenario to keep it balance. In addition, people will start to leave on both sides if their side is losing. I propose if a team member leaves then another of the same class type from the other realm is taken out of the Scenario. Also, in Scenario people will swtich to another empty party so they can supposely get more renown. I am not sure if this is true but that is what is bening said when this happens. Mythic/EA needs to program the Scenario to balance out more. This does not take a rocket Scientist with todays modern tech!
As of this posting and the last 2 months the game is more based on Scenario, less on ORVR and no one wants to do PQs
