Isn't this an Aeria game?  If it's the one I'm thinking of, it lasted about a few minutes on my computer.  What do you find so addictive about it?

I've been addictively playing Last Chaos since I discovered it this past January. I think it's got the greatest community that I've seen compared to most free mmorpg's out today, with my friend's list full and more people constantly asking to be added :P  There are servers with open player vs. player and servers where you can freely roam about and not worry about being pked openly.  Regardless of the server you choose to log into, there are still arenas where you can duel other players and test your skills and strengths if you choose to give just a small try. You can have a number of pets, some of which may provide you with additional defenses or additional attacks, but do require some upkeep such as feeding and healing them. You can upgrade your armor, your weapon, change your job to focus primarily on either player vs. player or player vs. environment, and there are so many guilds to choose from, you'll never be alone. You can even get married in this game. How sweet is that? :)    Travelling is a breeze because you can choose to recall to your saved locations or use your mounted pet (once you have one) to speed along to your destinations.

If you're curious to try this game, I highly recommend looking at the guardian system and choosing to be an apprentice to someone, as your newly chosen guardian will not only help you to lvl up faster but can teach you more about the game and how to get started.

I can't explain what makes this game so addicting.  It simply IS addicting!  Perhaps the great and helpful players are the key, but take a look at this game for yourself and join the great community awaiting you there :)

I would not recommend this game.  It has a fun community some of the time, but has a great many glitches.  At times the customer service displayed on the forums is horrible, even to long time players and leaders among the servers that the GM's recognize and speak with on a regular basis.  They deleted the goodbye thread of one of their long-time community volunteers, moved another to the goodbye/spam section of the general website that had nothing to do with the game.

The game is designed to draw you in early and charge the hell out of you from the cash shop.  You can level eight times faster with cash items than without.  These items are available from other players, but it takes a long while learn how to work the in-game economy so you can buy them consistenly.

i have to say u are wrong about the glitchs there are very few but everything else about your post it correct

this game was set to be dissmissed 7 months ago but do to the vast # of players was kept  now do to its age pushin 4 years aeria and T-Ent felt it best to do a masive over hall of game adding tons of unfinished content  and ez power lvl  while doing this they tweeked the monsters def +++++ and there att+++++++ so that though u can now power lvl ez you have to buy cash shop to do so

THIS GAME STARTED A GRINDER it was made a grinder its set up to be a grinder  once the grind was romoved the game was worthless

comunity went to pot and bots have now been intro to the game when bots can live ez in a grinder its the games end days

gotta ask you how much money has aeria scammed you for lol.the whole game is all about money,you can lvl to 90 fast but after that if you dont have thousands and thousands of dollars  your lucky to even hit 91 in  2yrs lol.the game only has 1 thing  in mind and thats to take money from you and alot of it AERIA GAMES is a SCAM  for every item they got something in the "ITEM MALL" to help you out and after you spend your money on there, your still grinding to try and catch the #1.and when you do catch them guess what their all armored up with B6 gear that they got when the game first came out which no one can get now unless you spend thousands and thousands of dollars.HAHAHA to you if  you think LASTCHAOS  is a good game with all the HACKERS there it wont take you long to lose a little bit of  items here and there and you wont even know it

The really sad thing about 99% of all positive reviews for Last Chaos are they are bogus. The staff at Aeria Games regularly pose as players and send in bogus reviews to boost the image of this Rip off Game. Aeria Games is a TOp 5 Sleaze Merchant and must be regarded as one of the Most UNPROFESSIONAL companies of ALL TIME. They do not care about customers and regular  rip off their players. What little they give back to the playing community is undone by numerous breaches of trust and horrible technical merits. A savy player would be advised to steer clear of this pit of QUICK SAND and VIPERS.

Yikes, pretty harsh comments.  I think that the game being a challenge isn't a bad thing... My friend doesn't use AP and he levels at least once every few days, (he's level 100)  I think that a challenging game that can keep you busy for a while really isn't a bad thing.  I also think that Aeria has a lot of good stuff in store for this game.  I only started recently so I'm still completely hooked, and I also think this is going to be a great, interactive, constantly expanding game.  You don't need the item mall, even though it makes things easier.  Patience is a virtue in this game, and it can really get you far.
