And PVE is very important, if you want to get some of the gear, which is mob drop only, and alot of great weapons are mob drop only. They are a important source of gold, for you cannot sell everything to a NPC and get alot of gold.

Ah the choice to use less then mediocre audio was indeed a smart move.

Ah, mobs and being able to build a city anywhere, yeah those two things are not sandbox. That's why AV left them out.

S_mining refer to "Skill_Mining", notifying you you're using a skill. Design choice or bad coding. Not sure which tbh :P

I got caught in a queue two saturdays ago. Granted it only lasted about 5 minutes, but it was there.

In other words: He's saying that the items he listed were cited issues when the game came out out - and they were, as I remember the discussions about them (e.g. people pointing out issues they encountered while playing, fans immediately calling that person a liar who wasnt' really playing; you all know the routine). He wants to know what's been fixed/improved since then.

But, as usual, after the first item, the rabid fans were too busy falling all over themselves calling him a liar and flaming him to notice that it was an opportunity for them to respond to each point, showing that those items had been fixed.

Good job, DF fans. You've represented your community for what it is.... yet again.

I could've not said it better myself. They kill their own game, a paid beta.

To the OP, alot of the SAME problems I have expereinced and I started little over 2 weeks ago or less. I lost track of time because I've already gave up on the game and log on less and less. Its a paid beta, plain and simple. I'm not stupid enough to support a paid beta long enough to wonder "where did my money go?"

The worse part is that these same fanboys were the first reason I decided to quit. They will LIE and make idiotic replies just to try and gather more followers to join DF because there is more and more people leaving daily. I was told in order to have a great time in DF is to join a large guild, so I joined a large clan and all I saw everyday was 75% of the clan just macroing all day. It was a horrid experience. The first time they participated in a large seige the server crash, last weekend they went again and it crashed again.

From billing issues, to constant server shut downs, hackers/exploiters everywhere, to a VM leak that supposedly they fixed but everyone is still crashing because of it.

I don't get it, these SAME fanboys bashed SOE and other MMO developers for the SAME THING AV is doing, but its ok for AV to do it? No thanks. The indie excuse is played, there are MANY indie companies doing GREAT things.

A game that was in development for 8 years should not be THIS bad.

well i just got rid of my darkfall accoutn and sent them and email saying hey i gave my account to somone and i broke you eulsa to see what they do, they said huh??? then they said they cannot tell me anything about my old account but the guy i gave  it to stillplays, i dont think they care if you break the eula as long as you are not exploiting lol

I contradict myself to show diffrent points of view, because not everyone thinks the same way. Though some people, are cannot seem to grasp the concept of someone thinking differnt from them. Thanks for proving this.

Yes yes I do, thanks for explaining it. So your saying I, accusing the OP of doing it, looked over the "fanboys", doing the same thing. Thanks for pointing this out haha. I guess this makes me more of a fanboy than I thought.
