I am having trouble connecting and starting the game, it bugged me about a gateway.. then it said some Robotroll got in the way or something... I am clueless anyone care to help me? |

All you need to do is disconnect your internet and reconnect. This will give you a new dynamic IP address and then you can get another key for her. They do the one-key-per-IP stuff because they don't want people to hoard keys, but what do they want you to do when people share a connection? // |

My 7yr old daughter is over the moon this morning, got the beta key and setup the whole thing and created her a nice pixie character all before she woke up this morning, the wife won't be happy as I also put it on her laptop so that our little girl can pester her mum rather than me to go on it =). I had a quick spin myself, surprised the heck out of me how friendly the game appears to be, nice and colourful for an MMO aimed at a younger audience and very easy to handle. Ofc I told my daughter that if she likes it she will have to choose between her subscription for Wizard 101 or Freerealms, I think Freerealms might just win this one.

I had that same problem, all I did was restart the whole program again and I got in, I didn't get that issue though when I put it on my wifes laptop.

how do you restart it, all I can do is refreash the page, I get my login and it downloads the game again, but when I press play, I get the error message.

I got a feeling its that the servers are down when you get the message, so just do something else for awhile then try again. And I didnt know you had to start the game from the webpage that was kinda new to me also :) |
Surly all the dev's have to do is run into the programing room and the robogoblin will run away!
