this is fucking pathetic

This game is a non-entity in the MMORPG industry.  It is such trash that I ran into a professional game reviewer for a popular site that said his crew refused to review it because it was so terrible.

Stars have more to do with frequency of posting than with intelligence or eloquence.  You can spam all you want and get lots of stars in a relatively short amount of time.

As to your second question, I have no idea.  I have a hard time reading a lot of the posts on here.
