It looks amazing, but you can sense that the developers are german, mainly because of the narrator, he cracks me up, they need to hire some better actors for the voice in the game. Take a lesson from Blizzard or Valve. I like how GameTrailers write "cinematic" trailer, i think most assume that the trailer is in fact CGI, that is totally in-game, and that is what makes it so incredible. The sense of scale is phenomonal, when the smaller ships fly over the surface of huge stations/ships, it just looks so real. It also saddens me to see the comments for the trailer, no one knows what this game is about, it is completely under the radar. Is that because it is german, or did the hype train just run low on fuel? Either way, AMAZING trailer! The few people actually reading this message, will proberly agree.

whats up screamer, yeah just saw the hd trailer, it looks insane, the scale is awesome just what i wanted, and i think i saw a giant ship to ship collision!

its just like i said giant ships fighting with smaller (low level dudes) wizzing around.

and the narrator voice was fine, he seemed excited in a cartoony way. it was different..

i like how the ships dont have to be jet like- since its in space u pretty much can look like anything

scenes = ok!

narrator voice = lol!

the old trailer is much better.

Good...im not the only one. Doubt it will be in-game though. Possible but doubtful.

I do hope though that this cinematic trailer is in-game

It generally looks like most of it is in game engine. BP has probably the best engine of all the Space Sims coming out right now. Yeah the voice over on the trailer could have been better :) But the visuals were nice and the scope of the ships and stations were very nice to see.

I like the looks of this game but since I like capital ships and this doesnt seem to allow players to fly them, i wont be buying this or JGE. If on the other hand it allowed capital ships I would be more interested. I have to say that the capital ships in EVE are quite poor.

1st they need to shoot the guy that did the vioce over, 2nd shoot the guy hired him, 3rd shoot the writer of the voice over, and then and only then will atrocity of that trailer be forgiven.... ugh.

Outside of that awful voice over the trailer awesome.

This is classic Reakktor here. Great looking game that just oozes awesomeness and then that kick to the nuts of a voice over to make you say WTF?! 

This was always how Neocron was too. Everything seems so cool on the surface and then that one fucked up thing kicks in and ruins the experience.

This isn't Neocron was why are people harping on that so much. Game developers generally learn from mistakes and what works and usually try to improve upon every game.

graphics are ok.. but the trailer doesn't show me anything about gameplay.. and as for the voice .. OMG, it makes me NOT WANT to play the game at all..  Actually the narrator annoys me

We know it's not Neocron and at the same time I am not bashing Black Prohecy at all, I truly hope the game ends up being good.
 

But those of us who have previous experience dealling with Reakktor know how they have done things in the past and just offer that up as a warning to the fans of this game who do not know who Reakktor is. Nothing more, nothing less.

I am signed up for beta and I am interested in this game, especially if Reakktor did learn from their mistakes. It's just a simple matter of wait and see right now.

@Rydeson: There is another video out there showing off nothing but gameplay. This was just the cinematic trailer.
