dude these pics make me want to play the game realy bad i think this game is cool. i wasn't very interested in this game a while ago but know that i have seen these pics i am probably goind to play. |

If they sorted out the ground textures this game would look pretty damn good in the air. I know they changed the ground textures last year but they seriously need changing again especially at height they look plain bad in my view. |

Ratez, there is a persistent 2 week free trial at ww2online. Go to www.wwiionline.com and under Getting Started is a link to the promo page and it is the 14 day free trial. |

Downloading the game now, why is there a 20 dollar fee after the 14days then only monthly fee starts?

The 20 dollar fee is for a CD key code to begin to play the game as play for pay.You get the code and 30 days of free play before your CC is charged. That link has in the left side area some hot link that says Getting Started, the first hotlink then is Free Trials and Promos and the first promo is a 14 day freebie. It requires you input a CC tho, but if you quit before the 14 days are up you incure no charge. CRS is very good about helping individuals with paying. if there is any problem. Play offline then sign for the freebie and play 14 days, if you like it, buy the CD key code and play another 30 days free before you are charged. |

Started playing this game already :). I am a German Grenadier atm and will start posting screenshots soon. What I really liked was parachute missions and night time as they are really realistic. At first it was hard to even get a kill and I started to think how these people had such good eye sights to see so damn far away but after a while you get use to picking out enemies in bushes because you can see them when they shoot and all that. The game however could be better if vehicles were easier to drive/pilot using keyboard instead of joystick as tanks are very hard to drive without a crew using keyboard and piloting is literally impossible without a joystick. Other than the graphics needing some work on it, the game is one of the best war games and is very addictive.
