Whoa, theres really missing a lot, if put in a list like that.

However, this is not news. Everyone who followed the game for the last year aready knew way in advance that all these features would not be in the initial release. So if you keep that in mind, this isn't shocking at all.

Still, there is no excuse to keep a website up for more than a year, listing features that were known not to make it.

This really should be a sticky to counter AV false advertising website

I'd LOVE to play the game Tasos has been advertising...but clearly DF isn't that game.

i finally got the opportunity to play the game and take place in a decent sized battle. What i got was a zergfest that was mildly entertaining but the graphics had me in a bind. They were terrible. Skill wise the game wasn't terrible but anybody can pretty much take on anyone else 1v1. Next up mortal online.

I just noticed that. I see no reasons for locking that Thread.

It was quite informative and I saw no flaming or trolling. I guess they really don't like to be called out.

Their whole staff including moderators tend to act more like immature teens than devs or moderators. It's like they are back in high school getting picked on but now they have power or something. Any post that isn't 100% pro DF is immediatley locked or deleted.

Just goes to show ya the vaporware thoughts are true according to what the game is supposed to be.

I was just about to say the same thing.

That is why I felt so awkward during beta, without knowing exactly why; I had pictured a game with these features in my mind, and got thrown into a half-baked shell of a game concept...

Sounds like the "FAQ" is more like a design notes of possible feature where majority of it wasn't implemented or totally removed. Bad idea to get people's hopes up then smash them like porcelain.
