The company build an very fun game,  the promised features are in the game and they care about their customers, the core is there and i hope they keep up the good work.  All very promising  signs for much fun in the future in this game..

i agree with the website thing its pretty bad that they havent updated it yet. but then again if their busy fixing the game and getting a NA server up then im cool with them not working on the website lol

To the Darkfall team and Tasos, im truely sorry, you have made something special <while not for everyone>. Rest assured this game is not going anywhere and it will battle and topple the other PvP biased games out there. AoC and Warhammer should be critting their pants in fear.

If you owe them an apology ,why are you telling us? Yet another fanboy who thinks that we really care that he owes Tasos an apology,go to their freaking forums and tell them.

MInus the fan boy thing, he is actually correct.  Why apologize to AV here?  I highly doubt anyone that works on Darkfall visits these forums.  If he seriously wanted to apologize to AV, he could have made a post on the official forums.  Maybe even sent them an appreciative email.

What he did was almost like if I wanted to apologize to my neighbor for something.  Instead of giving them a phone call or just knocking on their door.  I choose the most indirect method, instead of the most direct.  The post serves no purpose other then to start another argument between the two camps (which it already has).  Happy that he is happy, but his post should have actually been put some on the DF official forums.  He could have also just as easily turned it into a First Day impression thread, and tacked on an apology at end.

hmm again i forgot to get a  copy of darkfall purely to ebay it for 2 times the price.

i got to keep my eyes out for such money making schemes!

I haven't played the game yet so I have no comment on the game other than when it becomes available again I will ofcourse buy it. Not because I believe it is great but because games are cheap and I prefer to play before I judge something.

With the pile of bad games that have been released over the last years from big developers (Lord of the Rings: Online, Conan: Age of Reckoning, Tabula Rasa, and so on) I have no problem giving a minor company a fair chance as well.

Lol you paided double the price....wtf? Is this what you want from a company, forcing you to pay double the price to even play the game or waiting forever to even log in, wow DF failed harder then I thought and the fanbois are all wrong, so I win.

The game is in beta state, it will be fine in 4 months, but right now, there is no such thing as balance in Darkfall. There is no such thing as a non pvp activity in Darkfall, highend pve is horribly bugged and nearly everything is easier to obtain by farming rather than by crafting.

I'm in the States, so I wouldn't think of buying this or most games until those servers are in place (same reason I'm not trying to get into Aion atm). For me, it's another MMO in line for me to possibly try down the line.

If someone is interested in a game they should look into it. Maybe check out the darkfall OFFICIAL forums for NEWS and UPDATES which is what forums are actually MADE for. 

As far as the game goes, i have yet to play it but am hoping to soon. 

Its made by people who worked with UO and AC you know this game will be around a long time and be great.

No, you don't know that at all. You hope that.

Remember Hellgate London and Mythos? Made by people who worked on many extremely successfull other titles. Hellgate failed because it wasn't fun, Mythos was nice, but is no longer accessible because the company closed.

Just some examples to show that previous successes don't have to mean anything.
