With the hybrid classing in this game, wont you think that would be realy hard to manage?

Suppsoedly, but if you try to log in any characters it sits there on "please wait" and never loads any of them. Getting tired of wasting my time trying to give them game a chance.

It works for me and lots of other people, does your system meet the requirements?

I never seem to be able to get on :P

It is either patching the server is down or my patch files can't be verified.

What luck eh.

It always says "error verifying patch" Is there a way to stop this from happening?

How could anyone be below the requirements, unless they just hooked a monitor to their kitchen toaster?

* P4 2.0
* Windows XP
* 512 RAM
* video card with 128megs
* DirectX 9c

Even if you got it working, you'd probably get hit by a terminal bug. They had it down for a long time and then patched. Finally got in and had to patch and crap, and then I'm sitting around and stuff on the first map and then I try to leave the map. I get stuck on the "please wait this may take a moment" and it never loads. I cancel out and restart adfter waiting 10 minutes or so, now whenever i try to load that character i get the same "please wait" and it never loads. Then I made TWO different characters and I couldn't even start them. They are both stuck with a "please wait" loading screen.

Too many bugs. I wouldn't mess around with this game at all until he stops patching so much, even then i don't know. Pretty serious bug to have your entire account disabled and the game has zero tech support. Really want to risk spending any amount of time on it? I no longer do, that's for sure.

It's in the nature of a game created by one man to have zero tech support. Read the website. Worked fine for me, I had no problems today. I wouldn't judge this game like a normal funded MMO, that of which most of you are used to. Like it says on the website, if that's what you're looking for, don't even bother loggin on.

I don't have problems really when i try to play and when i do play. If I do, or someone tells me about  a bug i tell Ken(the creator of the game) and withing a couple hours or so, it's fixed. And he's taking down the servers so much because they must be taken down in order for him to patch. If you read the site you know what's happening with the game, so ease up. He's 6 months into the game and you expect it to be perfect? Really now, he's been adding a lot lately, so I'm happy. Also, he'll probably end up  reading about the bugs people are having on here, and will probably fix them.

And if you find a bug, go http://mmorpgdesign.proboards.com sign up and report the bug. It's that easy lol.

If you running under Vista you need to 'run as administrator'

Agreed. DAOC had some terrific pet classes and I loved playing every one of them.

Well this game, Realmlords, has pets so we don't really need to discuss if pets are important or not in this thread, you just can't equip armor to the pets like on MoM, instead he added more armor to the pets so they can tank.

He opened up the download link again but he's still not accepting more beta testers? what's the point in that?

Hah, hah. Couple hours? Been like a week. He's done umpteen patches and none fix my account/characters. What part of just being able to log into a character did I ascribe as "perfection". You must be easy to please. Any game you can log into is perfect. Why don't you just play tic-tac-toe with yourself and save the rest of us the badwidth.

And TwistedFire, maybe he's doing that so people can download the game and then when they can sign up, they can just start playing.

EDIT: You can sign up for beta now, the server crashed so that's why people couldn't sign up.
