Nope, Ive given up.. have this error since day one though Ive been charged, havent got into the game yet though I dont think Im mising much.

You are though. Minus the sync issues the game is amazing. I played the beta.

I too had the Account not active and my information was wrong as they said. I didn't have enough money on that credit card, so I switched credit cards when they said to and it processed earlier today. It was my fault.

We've solved the problem some players in human areas were experiencing not being able to log back in after a crash. We're looking into an issue some players are reporting about getting an "account not active" message. Finally we have a handle on the issue that caused us to bring down the server the last time, and we're in the process of fixing it.

so hopefully they fix it since i have played and i HAVE been charged

Hmm, I was in the beta also.. my forum tag is from 2003. I know the game.. and this is just too much imo. I just take a step back and let it sort itself out.

Still getting account not active #3 on both preorders

Honestly I didnt think the game was that great but I give it a break for being a tiny indie game and a chance at being something new and refreshing.

How would you feel following the game for a long period of time, accepting the spamming of the credit card info for 12 hours, finally getting 2 copies, and neither work though Ive been charged.

Why Im pissed is Ive been charged, but other people are playing and I cant get in.

I am running DFO try so I can see how long its been up... barely at all. Sucks, oh well.

Alot of people are in the same boat as you unfortunately. Hopefully they actually take some time to address the inactive pre-orders again.

seee the thing with me is i played for several hours and have a char made and everything ... i have been charged and now all of a sudden i cant log in? come on that is their mess up not mine

they took my money.. it went through the bank and everything

But i still have this error.. I was able to log in to see the servers one time

Since then this error.

some have reported it fixed by changing billing info however mine is correct since i got charged

hopefully they fix this soon
