They should ACTIVATE ALL accounts and let us play 7 days while they fix billing info problems!!!!
So, I bet you are all as sick and tired of this b.s launch as I am! And I am very tired of it.. I just want to kill everybody and tear their head off.
I don't understand why it has to become our problem? We did everything we could under the circumstances. We entered all our data correctly into their system and it was not our fault that it became corrupted. This was the system's fault. Sure as hell was not my fault or the other people who pre-ordered.
I don't give a flying FUCK about 3 days extra playtime. Fuck that crap. The only way they can make it up to me for this complete and total mess up is to ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT NOW and let me play NOW while they work together with me to fix this goddamn billing problem. They should just activate all our accounts who preordered but had "corrupted" info for 7 days while they work things out. If by then they still haven't worked it out (and it is their fault) they should give us another 7 days. And by the end of it they should give us this time for free as an apology for this complete mess. Or charge us for it. Either way I don't care.

Stoped reading when I saw you poll option really. If they activate all acount no-one will most likely get to play becouse server will have isseus. Just be patience and go play an other MMO while your waiting for this one. It should not matter anyway if you join a few days later becouse this game is supposed to resolve around player skills anyway. It is a shame it going wrong, I understand your frustration aswell, but not a lot they can do for it right now. It should fix itself by todays or tommorow I guess. |

But letting so many people play for the duration of 7 days i heard like 50% of the player base had problems with the accounts what if this also creates unforseen circumstances on the server creating even more problems ? Ofc im just grasping at straws but there are alot of people with the same problem even if you do get into the game and get to play you still have to deal with the sync issues and everything else + anything else that may come from letting another big load on the server As its already taking a long time to process the preorders that have problems i doubt they could handle more problems if they should show up during the time they give everybody with a preorder activated accounts with 7 days of playtime. Dont think its the best idea ever but at least its an idea but i have to disagree on this tbh

Actually the sync issues where caused by a failure of the transcontinental doohickey fibre optics The issue with the credit details and people not being able to log in where down to 1) Some asshat leaking teh BEta signup link destroying teh beta testers leadtime to get the game 2) People with mulitple windows open spamming refresh
Personally i waas gonna pre-order but after this round of fiasco I might just give DF a miss now, I enjoyed beta apart from teh douchbags and the emptiness of the game and where in gods name did you get 7 days figure from? freaking genius is only 48 hours since launch to thats two days 'Early Access' to pre-orders was revoked a good week or so ago, and communicated on teh forums as they needed the time to quash a few more bugs etc Christ, its an indie MMO company, not exactly one of the big boys, I have NEVER heard of a Launch going smooth, it always goes tit up as the servers get spammed to help take a freaking chill pill, go outside, get some fresh air, smile at some hot chicks and count your blessings you are alive, there are more important things in life than playing pixels on a screen for hours on end

Why is it an invaild argument unforseen circumstances always come with something like this you would not know what happens if you let this many people in the game at the same time even if it does go well does not mean your billing will i have the same stupid bug as well i know how it feels User ID 3760 Though ;) I also preordered for my friend during the second preorders and he actualy got into the game i sat watching him kill some mobs for 2 hours that where bugged due to the sever instability at the time ^^
