Wipe won't help, after restart same clans will go exploit same bugged mob spawns. Ave missed at least a few.

I'd say forget a wipe and if people are exploiting then they should ban them.  Shouldn't punish people cause some decide to exploit the game.

I could care less whether or not they wipe the server.  This is basically just a open beta that you have to pay to play.

Maybe. But now they plenty people riled up and rdy to noob rush them, so it's good for pvp.

The main reason I want a server wipe is the fact that a significant amount of human players spent the entire server up time having to recreate characters due to the game crashing and looking that charcter out of the world.

I think we have a poll of those who got in game and don't want a wipe and those who didn't get in game and do want a wipe. I didn't get in game, and surprise surprise, I'd like it wiped. I'd hardly call doing what you've got to do in a buggy environment and with fewer people than expected to be an exploit.

I guess really the only option at this point is to leave the server how it is and if you don't like it you can take your carebear crybaby pussy ass back to Hello Kitty Online Adventures.

There will always be people who want the server to be wiped, it is becaues they are not the person who is ahead of everyone else.

I belive all the people who couldnt get in or pre order deserve to have the servers wiped hell some clans already got a city with that unfair headstart

for the sake of an even playing feild it demands a wipe so everyone has a chance to get their fair shot at clanstones and player cities

so personally i belive a wipe is needed imho

How it is not unfair:

The people who got pre-orders waiting online frantically F5ing till they got one.  You went to sleep and didn't.  Dedication = Reward. Risk = Reward.  If they wipe it because you didn't get a pre-order, why not just wipe it every time a new player buys a copy of the game, just to keep it fair.

it doesnt come down to entering your info correctly with all the pre orders man

the game wasnt even up more then 24 hours total for petes sake its not some horrid thing to redo

After an open beta the server gets wiped, since this is like an open beta, the servers should get wiped.  But will they? I doubt it, besides after reading that IRC chat with brannoc they deny any exploits basicly.  Taking the easy way out as always, what a shocker!

Personally, I want it wiped because I am not at the front of the "race" either.  That is just how it works though, if you think there will ever be a launch were some people won't excel, legally or not, you are wrong.

seriously, why wipe the server? if you are any good at the game you wil catch up fast. if you suck you will  suck even if they wipe it.

either way they have the advantage of knowledge on you.

With the kind of shitstorm that DF is in right now, server wipe wouldn't really do it any good really cause the same thing will happen again unless they are good enough to get rid of all the sync bug and what ever other glitches it might of been.  Best solution really is to just leave it be and open a new server let say a week from now once they got a better handle of things and let all the everyone who want to have a fair and even start have another crack at their character.  Furthermore, by giving people a week to get a good handle of the game, people who restart on a new server will have a smoother start due to the fact that they already somewhat know there way around the game.

Although I must say, if AV is good enough to do to log the entire game.  They should delete the character that found exploiting and take away that guild town if the guild have like more than let say 5 exploiter in them.  However, I really doubt they that the gut or compitence to do this.

As a side note, if you do not currently own the game than your opinion is pretty much worthless.  If you didn't get a pre-order, nobody cares if you think the server should be wiped or not.  That would be an issue of CUSTOMER support and CUSTOMER relations- not potential customers.
