Not really,but you can take your carebear bullshit somewhere else. We are here to piss and moan about how epic of a fail this shit is so far and how big of a gagglefuck of retards Aventurine is for not listening to us beta testers who basically made about 50 pages worth of posts telling them they should beta test for a few more weeks to avoid the exact kind of fucking bullshit that is going on right now. So,get you facts straight before you go trying to force your positive attitude on all of us trolls. Talk about a beta tester with a big head----- since when does beta testing have anytjhing to do with processing pre-orders? It is not his job to offer his services. It is av's job to ensure everything is working properly. As well, the website is a mess. No forums and they have been giving annocuements through irc. They could of at least made a blog on their site or on wordpress at least. |

they dont HAVE to do anything. They can make the game as they want to and it is up to you whether you want to follow it or pay for it. If you are upset about how they have handled the game yet still decided to buy it, that is your problem and yours alone. If you want something changed it is up to YOU to change it. sitting there saying someone else should do it is pathetic. |

Its not broken. I played the game for a month and had a great time. I saw a single thread about pushing back the release. I agreed with it. so once again. if you think its not ready and that its broken, why did you buy it?????? |

I played WOW at launch ( EU launch ). Best mmo launch ever. I only had 2 problems with the launch, first = the wow site was overloaded so i couldent make a account before 03.00 ( GMT+1). Second = I got kicked out from the server a couple of times ( took me around 10-35 minutes to get back ) around 30-90 people in line, everytime i got kicked out. Dont remember any bugs etc, But i think 1 quest was bugged at the Troll start zone. ------------------------------

There was not near this many people in beta. It wasn't broken,and it ran pretty good during beta,but it was not ready for release. They did absolutuely no stress testing during beta.

How exactly would I be able to change a company's habits? While I have some suggestions about what could be done better and have given a few, my word and the word of many others do not mean much to a company big or small. And no I have not bought this game if you were wondering. It is pathetic to think that a consumer has to step in and teach a company how to do their job. It is not pathetic to share your ideas and to say there were many things they could of done better. As said before, the consumer word, especially if it is someone like me who has not bought the game, does not mean much. You seem to me misunderstanding my post as to say that I want them to change the game. That is not my intent. My intent is to say that some of their habits could be better regarding the website itself and what that entails. The game itself may be amazing but it would not matter if no one can get it or even knows that it has released (referencing to how the website has not been updated since the beta signup is still on the homepage). |
