Mediocre?

After playing Atlantica Online for a long period of time the i never had any problems with the stamina system since it resets after a period of time.

Again people really have problems with the battles system. The turn based element is really something different from the other hack-and-slash mmropgs out there...

IMO this game is not garbage but very fun to play with...

I love how people here are defending the fact that the game is poorly put together because "you should figure it out for yourself". I could guess that int is for spellcasters but its pretty retarded to not know the exact effect of it. Anyone, even the people that play this game, are deluded if they think that the OP is wrong to say this doesn't deserve the most rated game on mmorpg.com.

I agree with you, maybe the game doesn't fit for you..there's a lot of games to choose so, don't waste your time then..that's it!

I just went over level 50, with 7 mercs 50+ and a Beast Trainer catching up at 35+.  The last few nights I havn't even spent fighting, I'm just running around opening chests and auto-crafting until I can get enought money to gear up my troops.

I can see that this game isn't for everyone but I'm definitely one of the crazies that enjoy it.

Since when does "skill based" mean first person shooter?  Was skill irrelevant in Super Mario World?  How about Tetris?  Uniracers?  Bubble Bobble?  Double Dribble?

If the best you can say about a game is that it's free, that's something of an admission that the game is awful.

I find it ironic that the OP is trashing this game, but praising Sword of the New World, whose main draw is that you can play it while AFK.  It's designed for it - your characters fight on their own.

Indeed, at higher levels, you literally have to AFK in cash shop areas to reach the highest level (expert).

I used to play it and I was literally spending 10 hours a day (not afking), just standing on the same spot for a month, gaining 10% experience on the way to the next level (in a month).  You have to stand in a spot to grind, because you get almost zero experience from quests (what few there are).

Beyond that, because almost everyone is AFKing 24/7, almost no one in the game ever talks.

I actually like SoTN (that's where my avatar is from).  But the grind in that is insane, the amount of quests is almost nil.

I would actually guess that's part of the problem, he's trying to grind his way up through levels (which eats stamina) vs doing quests, not being used to them.

I don't know where people got the diea I called the game "garbage" or any of this other crap. I said the game was mediocre, Look it up.

We all have different opinions in the game.. some was satisfied some are not, some like and love the gme somer are not.

We have our own choice and like and dislikes.. I respected your opinion regarding the game.

All I can say is even though you don't like the game, still more gamers are playing it.

I really think this game is far from mediocre. Pvp involve tactics. Yes tactis. Its not like in EVERY single other mmo out there where tactics are replaced by lvl grinding or gear grinding. The nation system is better than msot town control systems atm.

This game deserves to be in the top 5 but the F2P graphics and the F2P interface and F2P content make it feel of a lesser quality than lotro, eve, war.

that is right chibichee  ,everyone has  the right to choose what he/she wants thats why it is a free country right? sorry  for him that didnt like the game, but most people do like it so why waste our time atlantica players, we all know that the game is suite to us that's why we like it. maybe he doesnt like  the game. let us  play the game and level up and hope that he can find the game that suite his character...

 

 

 

and it also doesn't mean one person doesn't like the game its overrated already. Its funny the topic starter says that he didnt refer to the game as garbage but mediocre. Mediocre means of low value, quality, ability or performance. That word is close to garbage.

have not bought anything from item shop i have done well in free leagues so far, they do need to make money shomehow.
