I've read it does but the mechanics seem a little confusing, can someone explain it to me because I'm a dummy!

I'm waiting for new titles to be released but am considering RV as a second MMORPG due to it having no subscription fee. The RMT system looks good to me, and seems to be quite equitable compared to other companies ***cough*** SOE ***cough***.

I'm a pre-cu vet looking for a sandbox game and this looks to be the best shot at it right now. Also as new titles are released I can still play whilst subbing to others. Also what are minnimum system specs for RV?
