Just to clarify besides having full loot feature, if you think this game is the second coming of UO and have spent the last 10 years playing that 2D outdated horrible interface 2 shotting people with instacast or whatever broken game mechanic youve learned to exploit in your years of UO gametime, then even the WoW fanbois are going to have a field day with you as you try to uncover the mysteries of 3D. God help you if you run into a Counterstrike Vet, for them this game is almost going the be like cheating. I'm sorry but I just got out of the DF forums and these ABSURD UO comparisons are just retarded. Somone from an even semi modern game would twitch at some of the crazy things UO players worry about on DF, like the raging debate over if DF will have hotkeys or not, I mean come on. |

From reading your post I'd say you never played UO. So if you've never played UO, and you've never played DF than your opinion is invalid and your logic is flawed. Have a good day. |

I think most of us know its not UO2. Heck Darkfall would not stand ageanst a true UO2 made like UO before EA destoryed it. Chances are we might just get a true UO2 made by the original creators of UO. As far as Darkfall goes, I hate to say it but it does have alot incommon with UO. Even if you wanted the comparisons to stop it wouldn't happen because they two games have too much in common with each other. And thats how the Darkfall dev team wanted it to be. |

rofl , what i can say???? this post is like: i saw red car from 200 miles and then on youtube. there is xxxxxxx thousands of satisfacted drivers but they are all i diot s... becouse car is sh*it... show me one mmorpg which ppl play for xx years , thousands of unofficial shard s , thousands of reworked maps, items, monsters... etc... but system is the SAME what WoW means for one sort of players that UO means for different sort of players. cant take it? sorry you have to take over it. iam saying again: there is plenty of MMORPG at presence, so why you ppl cant stop trolling??? what is good for one , that isnt good for other one. its hard to understand? that is basic of human tolerance. dont like it? so LET IT BE , becouse other ones may be like it... am i trolling on AOC, WAR forums ? no becouse i belive some ppl like them... i belive in variety yes DF isnt UO2 . but DF takes features i like on UO. take over it. take over it. take over it. take over it. have a nice day all ------- sorry for my poor english UO is grandad of MMORPGs. learn history. Oh I'm looking forward to DF as well, my problem is the superiority complex of people who have been playing what is currently a broken game with an outdated interface that is NOTHING like a 3D FPS. I did play UO and I seriously doubt the 2 spell wonder insta kill mages will be a reality. Even if it is were talking about an FPS interface and no autotargeting, that kills half the UO so called strategy right there. Half of uo was getting the jump with macro superiorty, it's just an outdated concept, UO vets are not relevant. |
