Notice how none have come back to this thread to comment on my posts earlier. I just find it interesting that they love to argue until yuo find facts that they cannot argue with.

they have their own tactics. They will wait until this thread hits page two and then bitch about how Darkfall has only been in development for a few years.

Then someone will post proof again....quietness....that thread hits page 2 and rinse and repeat.

In a game of this magnitude . . . how much code do you think was already written when AV aquired RW?

I read some interview with Tasos (i think it was by Jon of mmorpg.com) where the question was asked "why did darkfall take so long". Tasos response was the game has been in development for 5 years which is the average time for an MMO.

So you can see where the fanbois get their ridiculous ideas from. I guess Tasos considers 2001 to 2003 just a myth. I guess all those interviews talking about a game close to beta in 2003 were made up ?

Also in the other post someone linked an interview claus said the game was entering closed beta in Oct 2003. Wow thats one seriously long beta then because like one of the fanbois stated darkfall has never been delayed
