A lot of people (including myself, and you for that matter) have been saying this on these forums for months. I am really considering getting out of the discussion now that the thing has been exposed to the point of no return. If the fans decide to pre-order the game at this point, the fault is going to be theirs.

Except we haven't heard any leaks saying the game is shit.  I seem to remember those from DnL, especially my own leaks.

There is pre-order but so far they aint getting you into the beta. They are getting you a head start on live servers. Please explain your intent where you feel the point the fanbois make is false and no longer valid.

Some more fun facts we can pick apart and make dragons of doom of:

* Pre-orders will arrive mid-feb

* The Limited open beta will start 22 Jan

* Aventurine confirms that there silence with the game was becouse they felt the Hype was to big and they didnt wanna make it bigger.

Is that jsut Bullshit, or is aventurine accepting that having a huge hype crowd at launch being a bad thing in the long run, and are now trying to avoid it? (its great for flaunch sell figures thou)

Ghoul31, we've been riding this train wreck for a couple years now.  Today, well, my stop finally came up.  It is so D&L now, it isn't even funny.  The sad part about this game compared to D&L, is they are about to get rewarded hansomely with about 100,000 to 200,000 pre-orders before people figure out the deal.  I've been a sucker so many times the last three years, I'm opting out of this one.  The good news is, we have some good games later this year and years ahead to look forward to.  I'll be seeing you around the forums.

The sad part about this is, that we said the exact same thing about Vanguard and a few others after DnL hit the Fan (i think Vanguard was next in line if memory serves me, anyway you get the picture).

Having said that, Aion is a NCsoft HQ developed game. It will atleast be good enough to be worth the cash one pays for it. And as it looks like in Korea, its a big hit. Granted you have to enjoy the Asian Anime style to play it, but i do so screw the rest .

Oh and saying asian grinder is just lol, after the last years of WoWization in Korea, i hardly think they still want the same old Lineage2 style games everoyne here seems to hate. NCsoft actually said they had to adopt to the WoWization with Aion to keep up with the genre, and not be stuck in the GrindEra.

198.75k of them have, its just they dont think its doomsday that aventurine has changed there gameplan, they still feel its a good plan to get the game out in a good manner.

But all the trolls just reads that as "OMG TASOS IS HOLY , TROLLS ARE HERETICS. TASOS NEVER LIED AND IS NEVER WRONG" - where in fact they are just saying ok so it fucked up, but they seem to have a good new plan so well see.

Atleast there will be Open Beta, if the game will be buggy or instable we've now that they wont sale many pre-order copies.

And DnL had a very special open beta and a very buggy one . I still don't think it's the same.. Yet.

With DnL we've got fake screenshots, lies about the state of the game (features, stability a.s.o.) and total overhyped every day by the devs. And a difference game to open beta?

It's a long way to go before Aventurine is there. And I think they'll did it right to postpone the release if the game nor the developers and publisher wasn't ready.

Avoid collateral damage bust still takes a hit.

 Edit: the preorder will be made mid february which is after the trial have started. getting early access makes more sense when you preorder though

I'd think Aventurine did what almost every MMO developer have done the last decade. But with Aventurine it's more of unexperience than plain griefing by 'businessmen' who don't even care about games.

Either way, the game is delayed. Probably dogde a bigger hit with it.
