Galaxy Commander is about to start their 3rd beta test round so hurry and signups are opened!

[b]Game:[/b]
In Galaxy Commander you own your own planet, the goal is to have the highest score at the end of the round. You gain score by building constructions, units or other planetary systems. You can build these with the resources you gain on so called asteroids surrounding your planet.

[b]Features:[/b]
- 2 races to choose from.
- Private galaxies ( Only people who have the galaxy password can join your galaxy.)
- Ranking system ( Besides the ranking inside each round, we also have a ranking system outside of the game that records all rounds that you've played. After each round you will get a certain amount of GC Points depending on your rank in the universe of that round. These GC Points are added to your account and will result in ranks like: Noob, Major, Colonel etc...)
- Buddy system.
- IRC chat
- Forum
- New tech tree ( not the default of Planetarion )
- and lots more...

Yes the game is planetarion like...

I am adding a lot of new functions to the game so players have much more statistics, also added a nice ranking system that keeps track over all different rounds...

The game is testing in Beta right now.

Next week Beta test round 04 is finished and 1 week later Beta Test Round 05 will begin and will last for 2 months...

Beta Test round 05 signups are opened!

Here are the rules for Round 05

- Ticker start 10-04-2009 20:00 Server time
- Ticker end 12-06-2009 20:00 Server time
- Tick speed = 1 Hour
- Galaxy size = 4 planets max. <-- maybe increased dependend on player counts.
- Alliance size limit = 4 planets.

Information:
- Signups will be opened @ Saturday 02-05-2009.
- Ticker start 04-05-2009 20:00 Server time
- Ticker end 18-05-2009 20:00 Server time
- Tick speed = 30 Sec.
- Galaxy size = 4 planets max.
- Alliance size limit = 4 planets.

Things that will be different next beta round:

- Hyperon turrets will only target CO instead of FR and CO.
- Missles will be made a bit cheaper but will be less strong.
- The roid capture maxiumum will be increased from 15% to 20%.
