The only question now is if the devs finally admit DF was a sham on 1/22, or if they leave enough wiggle-room for the fanboys to still defend them. I mean, realistically, Tasos could have strung along the fanboys for another 5 years.. but as soon as he stated that 1/22 date, he painted himself in a corner. I will definitely NOT buy this game. The animations and combat alone are enough reasons not to. Once i saw the combat with the goblin, i chuckled at the amateurish quality. And let's not forget the mounting on that pig. Did you see how stiff the character was, when he was hunched over? It's like a bad vanguard + aoc hybrid. Fanboys will melt away and realize they've been duped. Then Tasos will make a few more quotes (probably this summer) and they will get posted all over the gaming sites, and a new 'breed' of fanboys will say how great the game sounds.. and the whole " almost ready for beta' stage will start again with a new set of fanboys saying 'give them a chance'. For those that laugh at me for predicting this.. They have done it 3 times already. They announce they are mere 'months' away and have a completely finished game.. then they just disappear.
