push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, the regular. Sex about 15 times per day. Great arm workout, abs, legs. Yeah, best natural exercise ever. By the way, I don't agree with you that the relevant market here is health care. You're not regulating health care. You're regulating insurance. It's the insurance market that you're addressing and you're saying that some people who are not in it must be in it, and that's -- that's different from regulating in any manner commerce that already exists out there. - Scalia |

I'm really lazy, everyone once and a while I will go for a walk on the beach or something. I diet when I am getting unhealthy cause I find it easier. Excersise, life is too short to excersise when its not a hobby, I really could care less if I have a six pack or not. __________________________ |

Weights for the Arms and Swimming for cardio. No running (My knees can't handle it. Docs said I have the knees of a 40 year old Marine Grunt, unfortunately I am only 29 now and the Doc said that when I was 24).
While I was still in the Navy I did a lot more early on but it tapered off after I was diagnosed with my knee problems and then asthma. That really made it difficult for me. So I am trying to readjust my workout. Currently playing: Looking Foward too: |

Not anymore. I used to untill my routine reached about 3 hrs total per day to complete. I realized it's too much time to waste... |

When I was young, even if I eat a lot, I would still stay in shape, but now as I get older, my weight also increases. Maybe my metabolism got slower or something. |
