After the BF2142 ad fiasco, I refused to buy the Northern Strike mini-expansion and any other EA game since (2 years so far) -- and looking at the EULA agreements right now on D2D, it's going to be for 20 years unless Disney buys them out and changes EA's "I WANT TO OWN YOUR COMPUTER AND LIFE" mindset (even Ubisoft -- of StarForce infamy -- allows offline playing of it's games!).

Now SoE has tee'd me off with it's same "I don't care" attitude of players, and I will boycott them along with Sierra (with it's pedo loving moderators). Worse, I'll boycott ANYTHING with a Sony label and it's sub-companies.

Won't support publishers who think they're doing you a favor for ripping players off. Not now, not ever, even if that means I have to play 10+ year-old games.

ya ill boycott anything sony. their such a pos company. all their products are really bad quality. at least the ones i have owned

Not that I really care nor do I even play Everquest (I play SWG). I am just curious as to why you would take offence to someone asking for your gear if you were TRULY boycotting SOE.

lol well if i had known ahead of time i wouldnt have. hind sight is always a nice thing to have and at least you learn from your mistakes, such as not buying any hardware from sony

Well, don't buy the junk then. Sony do have some really good things like laptops, TVs, computer screens, the new MP3 players and a bunch of other stuff. They invented the walkman...

Boycotting Sony as a whole company doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Boycotting all MMOs with a ca$hshop and a monthly fee does, do that instead. But beware others seems to starting to sell stuff too, soon all games might have this "feature".

That's if they were playing then. I wasn't. After this whole TSO rollout, yep, boycotting SoE until they close shop.

This is dumb because most of you already "boycott" them by not playing their games.

Simply not subing to EQ/SWG/SOE-Game (which you apparently already do) is essentially boycotting.
