Yea, the lizard's agent was holding out for $10 million per commercial, so GEICO replaced him in a cost cutting move. That's why the green money has two eyeballs sitting on top of it.....

Their selling you the appeal of of this guy who looks like a regular tool, but he feels the need to help you out and tell you about this great product which is really worthless. "Hey I thought this guy was just a tool, but he informed me of this great rag that is supposed to save me money on paper towels and save my my carpet when my dog or cat pisses on it.
