Yeah, Ryzom is back: Apparently, it's totally free at the moment. Great time to give it a go. |

How can anyone suggest a game thats not released yet? Darkfall crafting may be worthless, No one knows. You might be able to buy all the gear from vendors, you might be able to get all the gear to drop from certian mobs, who knows. Furthermore the devs said OB should end early december. It better start soon huh? By my figuring theres very few days before early december gets here. Give it up DF will not be out in 08. People hanging to the promises of devs are ignorant, especially since there has been no new meaningfull announcement in months. As for my suggestion on a crafting system on a released game, it is Vanguard or SWG. Elder scrolls online: Voice your concerns here :http://www.zenimax.com/contact.php |

I would say try A Tale in the Desert This is a very good game, and contrary to what some have said the graphics are accually pretty nice. Avatars are a tad ugly, but oh well. Playing Salem. |

I suggest Ryzom. It's free to play until the end of December, so you'd have a few weeks to try the game out. The crafting is intricate, complex, and lots of fun. There's no repair of armor, weapons or jewelry so crafted items are always in demand. I've only been playing for 3 months, and so I'm by no means an expert, but I really enjoy this game for the crafting and foraging aspects. One thing about foraging, which is needed to get the materials you'll use to craft, it can be a bit frustrating when you first start. But, once you get going, this part of the game can be as much fun, if not more fun, than crafting is. At least foraging is for me. Katore |

I suggest you try Atlantica Online. If all you want to do is have crafting, and like the FF style battle system. You can craft 99.9% of all items in Atlantica Online. There's only like 8 weapons and some liscenses you cannot craft, but other than that you can craft it all!

There are no games out with meaningful crafting. EQ2 - The best of anything isn't crafted and mid-level crafted has almost no profit margin. EVE - End game guilds craft end-game ships, it takes an individual years to build up a profitable crafting system. This is still your best bet but dont expect to hit lvl 70 and craft epix. SWG is fail. It had all the right ideas but Sonys refusal to merge the completely baron servers leaves a shell of a game. -- |

Try Rohan Online. Its kinda like Diablo 2's crafting where you collect items with stats and then mod it with orbs. The possibilities are endless, and to make it even better you can combine 2 of the same types of weapons and armor together increasing stats or adding more to the same. Its really fun to play. |
