Here's to hoping that you are getting paid for this and that you aren't just insane. Only a "fanboi" or something like it would call me a troll for my mere skeptisim over your beloved game that has been in development for nearly a decade. And so does that make you a fanboi too since your avatar has to do with WoW?  Please....nothing wrong with being a fan of the only  mmo that may actually present a challenge in the industry instead of another themepark easymode wow game.

And there is nothing wrong with WoW being like that, people have fun different ways.  But you are fooling yourself if you think its not an easymode handholding game when you compare it to other options out there.

(especially in its watered down state that it is right now)

I'm a fan of WoW yes, but there are huge differences between you and I : 

- I can admit that WoW has it's flaws. I'm not sure if that's possible with you and your precious DF.

- I don't attack everyone who has anything negative, skeptic, or indifferent to say about the game. You constantly go around calling everyone a troll, using the troll emoticon when referring to people you are flaming- And the majority of the time it isn't even because they said anything directly negative about the game itself, but something negative about the development, or just them having slight skepticism/criticism.

- I don't agree with every bit of praise that is given to WoW. Anything positive said about DF you are quick to agree, and you can be found in the DF forums constantly brown nosing DF supporters, and flaming anyone who isn't blindly in love with the game.

There is no reason to respond to the rest of your post because it's all subjective, and you are entitled to your opinion. Saying I'm scared of a video game? You really must be teetering on the edge of complete insanity

WOW stinks anymore... it's so outdated even tho they add expanions the world, the quests & mostly the graphic! are old....  I see WoW lasting another year then pop will start dying off by the dozens.  Just can't hold up too the next gen. MMOs thats about to launch.

Please do NOT publish still views. These are video games you know, not poststamp collections. Meaning visuals prime pixels and the visuals of the WotLK world are stunning for the MMORPG industry, everyone agrees on that. Visit the Fjord areas sometime in 1680*1050 and then come back.

 People have been saying a year  ........ every year. Dozens? So what will that leave them with  ......... 10.5 million? Its gonna take a lot more than a few games and a year to start the decline of Wow at any significant state.

People have an amazing time playing WoW, yet these eejits want it to end.  Not the kind of people I'd want to be playing with anyway, I just hope they aren't subbed to WoW while waiting for the plane that flys them to the land of greener grass.

People we're saying that 3 years ago. Yet an outdated, graphically old MMO, just sold 2.8 million copies in one day.

Maybe you'll be right next year and dozens of subscribers will leave.

It's mostly more of the same in terms of game play, but I think it looks really great on my computer. It's a cartoonish art style, colorful and polished. They did some new things with the quests in WoTLK, but still plenty of the same.

I'm really happy with the quests overall, but why can't they give more EXP when you group with people instead of less?  I guess they figure it would make questing and leveling too easy or something, but I really do wish they would have more options for grouping to level. Dungeons don't give comparable EXP to just doing quests from what I've seen unless you have quests for the dungeons (and there are only a small handful of those) so hopefully they make doing instances give the same amount of EXP as quests. 

One of the reasons WoW is so popular is that it just feels right. The animations are spot-on. Have you played Lotro? The game is beautiful but the animations are just ... wrong. Blizzard have the best animators, imho.
