I'm glad it will be a monthly fee.

Most people wouldn't say they are glad that it is a monthly fee, however I am glad too. It will allow them to develop the story line and put more features in than if they didn't have a monthly fee.

I cannot wait for the real content to be coming out!

I would hope given the game has to pay liscensing fees for the Unreal 3 engine, along with fee's to keep their severs up and running that there is some fee. This will also, as Rhadamant said allow them to produce new content as time goes on.

P2P is the future of online gaming, if you are really that ignorant to believe any different, then you are putting yourself at a disadvantage. Face it now, because it is not going to change as time progresses.

It's not just the future. It's also the past and present. I don't know where the freetards get their logic that every game is going to be free because cash shop is the best thing ever!

I'd rather pay for GA and help it be a great game that develops well over time, rather than expect a freebie and watch it decline as tens of thousands of people join and bog the servers down, with no hope of remedy due to lack of any $$$ inflow. If it's a good game it's worth paying for.

if you carebears want to play free mmo's then go to the awful korean sites with pixies and fairy charatcers. i would pay $20 a month for this game. stop being lazy get a job or just bill it to your parents home phone. the world is ending in 2012 anyway.

You've got such a negative attitude! Free MMO's can be fun. I particularly enjoyed Saga, however yeah, if you paid for it the game got probably a lot more fun. You know what else is pretty cool? Free games in general. How can people turn down playing the original F.E.A.R. for free?

With that said if you really love free games just hop from alpha's to beta's and never play when they are released. Personally I enjoy sticking to a game I love, but if you are that cheap then do what you please. The way I figure 15 bucks a month is like ... half a tank of gas or going to a movie with snacks. Worth it? Oh yeah...

In general, you get what you pay for, but 15 bucks a month is a wee bit crappy.
