You're right that I can't prove that my posts were deleted from the WoW forums and you're equally right that you don't know that my posts on the forums were not juvenile and puerile in the extreme. I can only reiterate that they were not and you have to believe me or not.

Please tell me where is the moaning and complaining about the event?

I am complaining about having my posts deleted from the WoW forums because they were critiscism of the zombie plague event,

and if it was such a useless post why did you take the time to respond?

 

EXACTLY!!!   i believe that a lot of posters like this person are Blizzard employees who are totally worried about being fired.  Though it can not be a directive of a company to send representatives of the company to post official responces on independant sites, that will not stop them from making personal accounts and making every effort to shut us up. 

 

I've been all over the net on this issue and every post i've seen has compelling defense of Blizzard.  IMO the only people who like this event are the ones perpetuating disruption on the servers.  Are they coming to these forums to convince us to come back so they can infect us and take more of our hours away from us?  or are they attempting to shut us up so others who are upset wont join the MASSIVE Boycott of this event and Blizzard itself?

ZOMG! Your EXACTLY right... everyone that happens to have a diffrent opinion than you is part of a massive Blizzard Employee/Griefer conspiracy to make your life suck... and as that other guy pointed out, it's all Russia's fault. Damn commies!

And as to your >>MASSIVE<< boycott, keep fighting the good fight fellow patriot, I'm sure that Wal Street and housing market will receover just as soon as enough people unsubscribe from WoW... because it's all Blizzard's fault. And the Russians.

I guess people forgot what the RPG stand for or people on PvE servers that think zombies is all about pvping against themselves should really get slapped for being so ignorant about it.

The posts from those links are merely trolling and Arthas is no joke compared to illidan so of course he will TAKE OVER THE WORLD! People on those posts are trying to make it feel like it is the end of the world for WoW and the trollers prevail by making dozens of random zombie posts that blizzard will considered SPAMMING and delete it off their forums. If they recieved enough feedback from people then they will give you a formal response. Start opinions somewhere that isn't started by trolls so that you dont jump the gate to late on posts that look like it was merely trolling.

I think people need to step back or 2 and just see that this is 1) Roleplaying game with tons of lore 2) Blizzard prividing this one time event that experiences a plague that tries to take OVER THE WORLD! 3) Lastly, it's old news that trollers try to make big havok about it and make feeders go off about it. Go play the game and it will be over soon. I guess people didn't see the camps trying to cure the plague. sigh >.>

It is amazing to me how you guys will ignore what people are saying.  Not only that you will attempt to tell us how we should feel.  In your mind, indeed we will all be back after this event because to you everyone is as addicted to this game as you are.  Well let me tell you, i have 2 70s 2 65+ a 29 twink a 39 twink, and 4 19 twinks; on one server alone.  As attached as i am to all of those toons, my outrage at Blizzard is enough to simply let them go.  Now many of you agree with me, yet a lot of you can't fathom such a thing as this.

There is a fundamental Dif between the peoples who dont mind the hypnotism machine that Blizzard has created and the ones who see it for what it wasw designed to be.  I am the later.  I have attempted to share my thoughts and hoped to express my concerns in a way that people can understand.  I guess it just escaped you. 

It's likely that you totally understand what I'm saying, but refuse to admit it.  Concession and understanding is beyond some people.

Bottum line...  We have a right to be upset.  Nobody has a right to be upset with us for being upset about not recieving what we pay for.  It is not your place to decide what i will and will not stand for.  and No, i will not shut up and keep playing wow.

I think..like mentioned earlier...they are consolidating posts. Though it is one's perogative to be upset...I don't understand why. I think its a fun event..imo....but even for those who don't care to much for the event...it isn't that much grief...you're usually mere seconds from a graveyard...idk...maybe it's just me...but i was ganked many times and it never seemed to be a bother.

To be honest there were litterally hundreds of different threads complaining about the Zombie event.
The forum was becoming a mess.
We made a point and I think they got it, since today the event was ok, it looks like they nerfed it a bit.

We achieved our goal so now all those threads are just trash and needs to be deleted if new ones comes up.

Actually, no that's not it at all. 

I personally couldn't care less if you ever come back.  If you quit playing the game because of a world event, then that's your business and your right, however I won't miss you at all.  I don't care that you're upset over this.  It's a little world event.  The sky is not falling.  The world is not coming to an end.  That light at the end of the tunnel is not an oncoming train.....well maybe it is, but you get the point. 

Now don't take that the wrong way.  I've got nothing against you.  You have every right to be upset and to voice your displeasure....and I have every right to tell you to quit whining.  That's how the forums work.

Most people don't want to hear negativity. You guys need to stop feeling so entitled to everything and demading the world conform constantly to your demands. Once you grow up, you'll realize what the hell i'm talking about, and if you're grown up, then you need to come to the realization that you will never mature.

Call me names and flame me all you want, but in the end, you have to look at yourself in the mirror, you have to face YOU. But this requires you thinking that you're not so important and entitled to have your opinions heard and accepted by everyone.

Problem is that there were not that many posts on the forums when my posts were deleted and threads that were positive were untouched, only negative ones were moved/deleted.

Since then the forums have been truly spammed and this zombie deabte on the forums has become a very big deal.

This thread has nothing to do with whether you like the event or not. When I started this thread it was because Blizzard was deleting negative posts about the event and leaving positive ones unchanged, thus censoring the forums.

You know, some actual reports of actual deletions of things that are not violations of the rules and not stuff that should be in stickies.

Then again, I would expect about 90% of the forum users to simply not care about anybody else's feedback or opinions (except those agreeing 100% with them) as long as they can just whine and scream their own thinking it's The One Truth. ;-)
