Ok I have looked at the payment options & I have not seen anything that I can use...

With the new expansion will I be able to use PaybyCash to pay for this cursed monthly fee or do I have to quit Lotro?

I dont understand what  the problem is! How are you paying now and what difference is there from MoM?

Yeah, if you are currently subscribed then nothing should change for you.

problem is.... I am not paying now... havent been able to play for a few months

You didn't say how you were paying before. They do have an option for entering a gamecard.

ok srry should have said I was using gamecards before & EVERYWHERE near me stopped selling them.... I have to drive 3 hours just to get the the nearest store that has it

My guess is that your stores might be getting new time cards just before the launch of the expansion.

This is not a great solution, but it is a solution: go to amazon and buy a time card:

either do what i did and buy a timecard off a website (for me it was gameswarehouse and they either mailed me the code or shipped the card) or go for the 3 hour drive and stock up.

or use a pre paid visa also very easy to use
