One of the things I think will benefit this game is the fact that they dont have to take into account the lore from the movies. This era gives them a lot of freedom to develop characters, professions, stories and lore. Who will rule? the Sith or the Republic? I dont care as long as I get paid for my hard merchendaise. and there were lots of jedi, so it won't seem rediculous when you see them running around. |

I hope that we still have the opportunity to PVP for whichever side we choose. Nothing quite like having a group of friends decked out in Storm trooper armor (or the equivalent) chasing down a bunch of flagged rebel scum... |

They would always be seen socializing and what not in the Pubs and Canteens. I never really felt we were at War. If anything, I want to have a real hate for the other side! |

Not sure about how i wish the system for BH should be. Only that if you do something bad, expect a visit. Kinda excited about what this game will offer in that regard. Hauken Stormchaser |

While I am hopeful that the new Bioware game will have great combat, factions and consentual PvP, I also hope the developers take advantage of gving the noncombat side of the game serious depth, which will make for a much more cohesive community and attract the not-so-hard-core combatant and social types types. I was never so much of a true SW fan, so the breaks lore don't really bother me much - - but I was certainly irked when SWG became so Jedi centric at the cost of the rest of the player professions and the general well being of the game. |

Say no to fixed factions, let the players actions decide who he/she is. |

/HURL! Yes you are right and I really think that given the right mechanic, faction mixing can be used as an exploit. It just depends on what they are planning. Guess we will see on the 21st. |

I loved that about swg. I was hardcore pvp and almost always on overt rebel. Toward release moenia was a very rebel town and I would hang out there alot since naboo happened to be my favorite planet. We always new who the imps were and would often smack talk (half rping) to provoke a fight that would turn into a skirmish that would end up having 2 guilds going back and forth between moenia and theed. Rebs vs Imps. Its also very star warsy to have the 2 factions intertwine as some are not as vocal (covert vs overt) as others but are part of a guild or just generally support one way or another. |

The best way to do that is have many other cool and viable professions. |

If this does actually turn out to be a Kotor MMO I fully expect a class system much like they had in the single player game. You have your basic Jedi classes and then Jedi mastery classes although I also expect very little freedom to customize characters. It's a Jeep thing. . .

That makes little sense... The 1st KOTOR game was a single player game. Few customization options work for single player games, but MMOs are another story. You want players to have the ability to set themselves apart from others. I think if this project was underfunded you may get a bare-bones type game. However, Lucas Arts and BiOWARE have the means to make any game they wish. The question is... What kind of game do they Want to make? |
