People think if a game isn't  right for them that it will fail or failed, that it sucks. Every game is right for someone about there. I think all the post you are talking about is moving this genre backward and could hurt it pretty bad in the future.

I totally agree with you on the tired uselessness of this topic line.  Funny thing is, you go and post yet ANOTHER useless topic to add to the debacle.  Point?  What is it?

Also, you're making a very BROAD and generalized assumption that everyone that isn't a "fanboi" or "troll" absolutely LOVES Warhammer and if they don't...they should.  That's just ludicrous.  People are not all like YOU, nor should they be.

Did it ever cross your mind, that the game is just entirely unappealing to some people?  I, for one, have not started one single thread putting down the game.  Not one.  However, I have posted in some stating my opinion on both the "good and bad" of Warhammer from my perspective.  Like EVERY game on the market, there are strengths and there are weaknesses.  And ALSO like every game on the market....some people will love it, and other will not.

Now to ME, not liking WAR is no reason to start endless stupid threads, BUT....you're talking like if people don't like it, they, by default, must be "scared WoW fanbois"......that's simply ignorant.  When are you going to wake up to the fact that not everyone is going to LOVE Warhammer?  Do you honestly WANT everyone to love it?  Personally, there are people I've seen on these forums that I don't WANT to love the games I love, because I don't want to play with them, they are complete asshats.

Just play the game you like and quit posting threads that are pointless and irrelevant.  Otherwise, it just makes you look like a hypocrit when you post things like what you did above.  Seriously.

gee, lets see , the only true majority of people who were comparing warhammer to any other game was none other then wows , and within that majority  there had to be some wow vets or people who went to wow and love it because they got their cherry poped by it.  wanting nothing more to compare the 2 games, and then making the idiotic claim that somehow ea mythic cloned wow and that it would fail.

well i see the same freaking people who make the post in the negative sence that are in fact wow fans. this is not a lie.  their may be some others who want the product to fail, for what ever the reason. but to sink to such lows and out right  state that the game was a failure is in a sence nothing but a person who might be scared, and nothing more. not to long ago a friend of mine on stickam told me about warhammer before i got a chance to even try the game and made the comments about how the game sucks and that  you cant  move and use abilltys and  the game was clunky,   i Call bs on his part  cause he is in fact  subscribed to wow and wanted me to go there instead of warhammer, and im sure im not alone when it came to this kind of bs.

as  for what you say about there would be some people who would point out the flaws and say im not going to play , thats cool,  but when you see it every single day , every single  hour about how warhammer  sucks or blah blah blah, i get the sense that it is coming from the same people who dont want their friends to join warhammer for the same reasons i mentioned before.

thats so true, i have been reading a lot lately in responses to what people have posted about warhammer and their likes and dislikes, and for the most part i agree, but  the majority of post i have come across , not just mmorpg, but ten ton hammer, and ect, its been nothing but a bunch of idiots who  just want to trash the game, heck there was this one post i read where the guy claimed he didnt need to play the game cause he saw a video on youtube and made a ignorant statement about how the game would fail because of the video he saw !?!?!?!

I have to agree that I have seen PLENTY of that sort of nonsense on these boards, of late.  I think people who are claiming WAR is a failure are JUST as premature in their proclamations as the people that are proclaiming it an utter success.  We really just can't KNOW yet, there hasn't been enough time.  However....I believe that WAR will experience a good deal of success.  A lot of people LIKE it, and the people that do NOT, cannot TRUTHFULLY deny that.

Oh you're right...that IS just pitiful.  I subscribe to three different MMOs, WoW, EQ2, and EVE, at this point, and truly it would never cross my mind to try to CONVINCE someone to play a particular game.  I've had friends interested in all THREE and I just tell them, "There are trial subscriptions, you'll just have to try them out."  I don't think anyone can really determine what game will be right for WHO.  That's just silliness.

Yes.  The topic is just getting ridiculously OLD.   Just because someone personally does not like a game CERTAINLY does not mean the game "sucks."  That applies to ANY game.  What "sucks" for one person, may be the perfect game for someone else.
