Just writing a heads up. The Burlok server for EU - GOA is having some major issues, 3 hard crashes last 3-4 days. Abilities locking up for users so they cannot play, not for one guy, but half server and the like. Hard to kill a mob without abilities and only auto attack :)

Just a heads up for ppl thinking about rolling on Burlok, no news from GOA of course.

i play on burlok and nobody i spoke to mentioned anything about this. the server crashed once a few days ago, not heard about these other crashes?

played a lot this weekend and had 4 of these crashes, region shutdown is the message that pops up then the server dies and takes an hour or two to come up again.

Funny part was that the other EN - RP server got a crazy influx of lowbies chars when burlok died. newbie area was crowded!

I've experienced two hard crashes and also the bug with AP not regenerating in several zones, making ability usage impossible. The servers took about an hour to come up again/get fixed in all 3 cases. While this is quite a low crash-rate for a game that's just launched, it seems like Burlok is a bit more troubled than the other servers. If you have a choice, Makaisson might be more stable. GOA has been mysteriously silent, so it would be nice with an update from them once in a while.

Wierd how it seems to be one specific server that is suffering from this. What you guys doing on Burlok? Something juicy???

our server in US seems to be the black sheep also. but has improved the last week tho

Weird though. I haven't noticed anything these past days I play there. Well at least we can bitchslap each other in pvp:P

Seems to be a lot more Open RvR going on tonight on Burlok. Lots of fun :)

Burlok has really improved now, seems much more stable. Good stuff!

I have not played since my toon got stuck with "Ability not ready" over his head   all the time - could not cast or do anything worthwhile , bee logged out a week now sulking

That sucks. Did you make an appeal? If they don't know your character is bugged, it's hard for them to correct it.

Its a "known issue" apparently  , while they  "work on it" Eve online is getting some love  

Edit : Its probably fixed by now , but I've not had the inclination to log in - I like the game but all my friends are on Eve and Lotro :(

rough when all friends stay in another game

Games are released in such a poor state nowdays that people try them, realise its still a beta product and move on. AoC did it, WAR did it and many more will do it, think its the hurry to deliver the product that ruins it.

GOA crappy servers.

Anyway i played yest a bit on Burlok and had a few crashes yup and some issues with my warrior priest auras and/or teams not showing up ocasionally on scenarios. other than that all fine.

 PS: 4 days for Fallout 3 to come out and then is bye bye WAR until December prolly.
