It said to go back to the website.  I had them resubmit info but nothing happend.  And I have no idea how to get it.

Any help would be awsome.

I just got my key now, Clicked the send info button and the download buttons on My Account page. Got 2 emails, 1 with head start details and a new one with a release key. Took about 10 minutes to arrive.
