I'm glad you all enjoyed this thread so much Anyways, In regards to me refusing to play the game without being able to sit down, that wasn't serious. However! I do still think its pretty important that you can /sit in a game! I'm a pretty big role player, and how the hell do you live in a world and spend 100% of the time standing around. I'm used to having my guild sit around a camp fire, or table... or anything. It would get pretty old being guled upright 100% of the time. Maybe I'm the only roleplayer on this forum who cares about these types of things. Though, I do tend to make a ultimatums along the lines of: If a developer is too lazy to allow players the simple luxury of sitting down, they cleary don't have the in depth care to make a quality game, thus It wouldn't be worth my time. Thankfully this isn't the case -Selek |

the suspense before you replied to the reactions was spot on. Good humor, people really do make stupid decisions like that all the time. I also agree that it would be nice to have but is by no means a reason not to play :) ------------------------------ 'Cry Havoc, and Let Loose the Dogs of WARRRRR!!!' |

I suppose the op is a heavy roleplayer. So for a roleplayer, its kinda wierd that you spend your entire (gaming) life standing. Roleplayers are a different breed of gamers altogether. they "live" their gaming life and treat their characters as an alter ego. Most people wont go a day without being able to sit irl. Yea its kinda wierd that he wont play the game because he cant sit. But you cant reason with roleplayers. They are alot of fun to play along with though and i absolutely love them edit: Disregard the second para. the last 5 posts including the op's confession didnt show up on chrome before i made this post. |

i have not been able to find the /sit command but maybe he thinks he need it to regain. the X key takes you in and out of combat mode. |

Heavy roleplayer myself here and I would also like the option to sit. Now not to say I would cancel my pre order for it or anything but I understand where the OP is coming from. Warhammer is drowning in lore and is an RPers dream. However there does seem to be a certain lack of RP centric basics to the game. I really hope they get stuff like this sorted. As bad as some aspects of WoW was at least it had a decent emote system to cater to some RP needs. |

/sit is an important emote. /sleep too btw. I just dont get it.. is it so hard to make /sit and chars to sit in a stool near a table etc? Cos it really helps people roleplaying ya know. |

All the e-thug uberleet bashing aside, I can understand what he's on about, although for me it's not a dealbreaker. If you're in it for the immersion and all that then yes I guess you'd want some normal, common and bloody obvious emotes and ofcourse /sit. Don't see why it's not in there apart from the fact that it might mess up models and armor. |
