WAR (Warhammer Online)

Generally i'm a socializer and explorer... so i loved playing healers in mmorpgs... started with the doc in AO, then the priest in war, in SWG i spent a lot of time as an entertainer and then later went to crafter and when NGE came out i was a master scout and surveyor and spent my time with collecting resources for crafters and selling them... then i went back to wow... then played nothing for a while... and a few months ago i played some more wow and had fun with a feral druid... first time i actually enjoyed tanking and sometimes dpsing... was a lot of fun :o)

So now i'm faces with a choice and can't decide... engy, sword master or rune priest...

engy is fun but i see a lot of them playing... turets, mines, granades, gun, spanner/hammer... a lot of things to master and change the way to play... but it's kinda not feeling 100% me...

rune priest... it's an ok class... only think i more or less hate about them that they are too "standard"... in scenarios i mostly stand far back and cast HoTs on everyone and heals on the people who are in bad shape... and when i find some time i do some damage... usualy i'm the #1 or #2 on the most healed list and same with renown earned...

Sword master... the mechanics just feel great to me... they look fun, play fun... and like i said... i got to love the tanking thing since i tryed the feral drood.. also it seems there will be a SERIOUS shortage of swordmasters and tanks in general in war on order side...

So... what do you people think... what would be a good choice for me... or if you don't know... any tips and vids for the lvl 31+ on these classes so i can see what will fit me best? since i got into the beta very late and with this stupid job and some RL issues i have i realy don't have time to get them all to 20 :o)

your help is appreciated and maybe we can fill the thread with some info to help others :o)

I have a good tip.

By level you can get the feel of each class very nicely.  Do what I did and just level every class (on one side) to 10, check them out pve and rvr.  You can do this in two days.

You will have a very good feel for how they play.

2 days non stop play maybe... i work every day, including sunday so i have about 1-2 hours a day to play atm hehe... and while working i can only read forums or watch youtube... i envy ppl who can use the pc to play games at work ^^

Given your playstyle, you might want to give Archmage a serious look. They're healers, but with some decent DPS output and can be quite mobile while still throwing heals out.
