I came across this article and it has some great info that I hadn't heard before.  It's a great preview of what the game is going to be.  A lot of it may be old news to many, but I thought I'd share just in case...

I love the customizable UI (you can email your settings when playing on another computer!) and the fact that you don't have to know the Stargate Worlds universe to enjoy the game.

Also sounds like there should be some outstanding customer service for the game.

Wow, what a great article, thanks for posting - I would have missed it.

This guy doesn't even know Stargate and he loves the game, that's great to hear.  Personally, I'm excited about the puzzles.  I'm looking forward to shooting at things, but I'm really hoping that they've put time and thought into the puzzle aspect.
