Perhaps reposting informaton that was "leaked" from a site that "leaks" "leak" information on beta..... leaks.

In the post I made I even said that I was not in the beta. I said nothing wrong. I'm tempted to just repost it.

and there was no leaked info in my original post.

LOL, you didn't "sign" an agreement so can can't violate anything, NDA wise that is.

Thats exactly what I'm trying to say. and that was in the e-mail I sent back to them after I got warned...

haha thats happened to me before as well on this website. The mods act more or less on impulse, which is sadly not the best thing to do when in the hands of the few elitist and or childish mods they have on the forum.

Basically, if you even pretend like you know what you are talking about, they will give you a warning for a NDA violation. What they do not realize is that you actually have to agree and accept an No discloser agreement, emphasis on "agreement". It is impossible enforce on a forum unless you know who actually agreed to it and is participating in the said beta.

What part of the following sentence are you having difficulty understanding?

"*MMORPG.com does not permit users to post information on games still under an NDA. For more information about your specific game's NDA, please visit their official website."

Seems clear enough to me, don't post NDA material here. Whether you're bound by NDA or not.

hah, they dont care. Very rarely does the admin care or bother doing anything about what his little henchmen and women are doing on the forums. To put it bluntly, the problem with some mods is that at one point the get into the habit of actually looking for things they find wrong or excuses in which to act upon.

You get used to it on here though. MMORPG mods are a step up from the AoC mods, but sadly thats not saying much.
