...what? What does that have to do with anything? And when did anyone say they want a full length movie? I was only helping you to try and understand SlyLok's statement. 1TB of data would be a lot longer than 15 minutes worth of uncut data...i thought that was pretty clear-cut. SlyLok said "This is from the same guy that said they had terabytes of video that they had to cut down and now he said the video is only 15 minutes uncut." And thinks that they are lying...seems like a decent assumption to me. What they actually have? Who knows. |

I'm definately not defending the guys over at DF, but UNCUT to me means a rough idea of what your final clip will be. Like someone else said though. A TB of RAW video is not much at all. I would guess no longer than 30 to 40hrs.

I wasn't really taking the rez into accountability. I guess I was just thinking about when I have done RAW captures. So you could be right about it being around 10hrs, but I doubt they would do it at that high a rez.

Please don't put too much weight on a video. Aventurine is making a video for their fans and not to prove anything. The good news however is that the game will not be released before it is finished and that you will be able to try the game out before you spent money on it. --- |

Being a photographer, you can take shots in a raw format. I can only assume it works the same way for video, but for pictures it's a much much bigger filesize. Now to a hobbyist like me a terabyte is pretty huge, but I don't know if it would really be all that much for video. Then again I don't do video that often. |

I see I am dealing with a clueless person.. You do realize what UNCUT means right? That means the video was NEVER cut from its orginal state. THUS meaning that they never had a terabyte of video since the UNCUT video was only 15 minutes. Get it now? No? DIdnt think you would. So why should this Brannoc guy even be believe when he has been caught in an obvious lie? A terabyte of video no matter how crappy it looks will be 15 minutes. Time to stop trying to cover up for these liars. |

Why dont we just give them untill the end of August and see? they said August so give them August lol. Also even if the video was 7 min that would be big enough for me. I want to see proof it exists that's all. im not expecting nothing else other than that, just something to steer me into believing they have a game because so far i have to face it, the haters are putting up a much better fight than the fanboys! i would love to see evidence it exists as it sounds like my saviour. |
