What is so difficult about Fileplanet?  Sign up for the free account and download it.

Can't seem to find it on the Fileplanet site. You know what that means.....Burn the swindler.

Fileplanet is easier.  It is available for free accounts.  Dl'ing at 500kb/s.  The highest I ever got with the closed beta client was like 250 over the course of two days.

Fileplanet doesn't have it linked up anywhere on their site.  Maybe they haven't gotten to it yet?  Where did you find the link WaP?

The site is legitimate -- but I'm superstitious about jumping the gun on it.

As for how people found the link... they can guess the URL based on the past betas they've done. The site is just:

People on the VN forums said they got an "access declined" error on this address this morning, instead of a 404 error so they knew it existed. Now the site's "up", but it's interesting how it appears to just be an alternate download location for those who already preordered.

Still, for subscribers like me who can get the fastest server, it's niiiice. Too bad my client's been downloaded for a week now. :>

Already done the download. 1mb a sec is pretty sweet download speed for using Fileplanet.
