Maybe post your full specs like your psu.

Have you played other games with your new system?

The game crashing could be you dont have the power to be running your cards in sli, just 1 thought.

Yes they are believe me,when a system is pre-built the psu you get is normally pretty shit but like I said just post what 1 you have and if it is good enough then that wont be the problem.

In the options under video it says at the bottom for "deffered lighting" if it checked it may decrease performance if using SLI/Crossfire. Have you unchecked that to see if maybe the game becomes more stable?

Are you sure you're all patched up with latest vid drivers and all that mess? They released a new directx runtime for august. You might go there and download latest directx redistrib. www.microsoft.com/directx

Might try playing the lowest setting and gradually make your way up til you crash so you can isolate what is causing it.

Goodluck, hope you get it running!

Have you tried it with the side panel off?

Sounds like maybe a heat issue/or maybe PSU as stated above to me.

I live in windy/dusty area, so once a month i have to give my comps a good cleaning. Dust build up inside causes lot of heat, and makes them run quite a bit hotter. Running hot makes fans work harder, so more power needed also.

turned out it was a heating problem my temps are all good for the card n the cpu  they avg about 35 but my system was at like 50 but once i cleaned it out it goes at like 45 playing the game and it doesnt crash so my next question is wat can i do to further deal with this temp, i already have one small fan equiped at the top of the case and one in back and on on the side panel along with a vent hole on bottom and a few in some other places, but they seem like cheap fans so maybe theres more i can do to cool down the whole thing
