Theres probably not enough of an economy to exploit tbh, farming is virtually pointless in WAR. And gold is only gonna be used for sundry expenses.

Plus mythic will be utterly ruthless vs anyone breaking the ula.

of course they will do what they do.  Let's just hope we can work with the game moderators to patrol them, and ban them, and keep doing so.

Theres only Gold Sellers where theres customers, you cant blame them for problems being caused by the minority. If Mythic can remove goals or objectives that players are given for a "grind" and reason to play the game that require cash to achieve, then they are at least, hindering the gold sellers.

I don't doubt that some gold sellers will be present, however without a player driven crafting economy I don't think they will find it as viable to operate in this game.  Since rumor has it that normal playing will provide you all the drops and gold you will need to be effective, it certainly will put a damper on their activities.

Oh right just like we can't blame drug dealers and child pornographers becuase there are customers.  They're low lives regardless.  Call it what it is.

Getting tired of the same game in a different skin :(

if theres a source of income that can be used to buy items (gold, isk, etc.) you can bet there will be gold farmers; tho mythic has allways been tough on cheaters/hackers/gold farmers. regardless if there is the posibility of profit someone will jump on it. Tho i dont think it will really ruin the game, it will be there.

You've blown it out of proportions here dude, the two you said are the extreme and of course deserve extreme punishment, i didnt say lets not blame the goldsellers. WoW for example will ban gold sellers and buyers, i was just reminding people it takes two to tango and not just all blame the gold sellers

You can either agree with me or be wrong!

Gold/Accounts is too big a market and too professional these days. Yes they will definately be as present as they can.

If gold is unimportant the focus wiull be on accounts/items. Anything that takes time.
